Find the Cultural Centre

The Cultural Centre is centrally located minutes from South Bank Parklands, West End, Caxton Street precinct and the Queen Street Mall. This central location makes it easily accessible by train, bus, CityCat, car, bike or on foot.

By Car
There are three car parks at the Cultural Centre accessible from the Cultural Centre Tunnel off Grey Street, Melbourne Street and Stanley Place. For all enquiries telephone 07 3840 7103.

Disability parking
Disabled car parking bays are available at each of the Cultural Centre car parks. For information on access via car parks, telephone 07 3840 7103.

By CityCat
The nearest CityCat terminal is located at South Bank, a short stroll from the Cultural Centre along the river and then over the Cultural Centre busway bridge.

By train
South Brisbane Station is located diagonally opposite the Cultural Centre and connects The Parklands to the Cultural Centre.

By bus
Brisbane City Council buses stop at the Cultural Centre Busway.

On bike
Access via Grey Street, Melbourne Street, Kurilpa Bridge or Victoria Bridge. Bicycle racks are located throughout the site.

On foot
There are several pedestrian entrances to the Cultural Centre from Stanley Place off Grey Street, Melbourne Street, Victoria Bridge, Kurilpa Bridge, the river boardwalk and South Bank.

Facilities
There are public toilets in each attraction and throughout the Cultural Centre.

Public telephones are located in three external locations and accessible 24 hours a day.

Security is on site 24/7 and the Cultural Centre is covered by CCTV cameras.

Emergency call buttons are located throughout the Cultural Centre that connect through to security.

Lost property and First aid are available at Security located at the end of Whale Mall near the Museum Cafe.
